At Scum Skateboarding, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your setup isn't shred-ready, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Condition
Ensure all decks, trucks, and apparel are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and shrink-wrap intact on hardware.
Initiate Request
Email our support crew with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a trackable service to ensure your gear arrives safely.
